Organic Pure Wool Fill

A top layer of pure wool adds year-round moisture and temperature control, a feature unavailable in any synthetic fill. Pure wool absorbs 30% of its own weight in moisture, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout the night. It is a complex fiber, whose porous, breathable nature keeps mold, mildew and dust mites out, while possessing natural fire resistance. Pure wool is also naturally resilient, like a coiled spring, creating a high loft in the mattress and maintaining its shape during use.

100% Natural Latex

The Rainforest features a 3" soft latex upper layer. This durable and long-lasting material is porous, providing a cool, breathable sleep surface, while it is also naturally anti-microbial, hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, mold and mildew. Supple and resilient, natural latex relieves pressure points that disrupt sleep and helps to maintain the healthy Stand-Tall Sleep-Tall postural alignment. (Latex core made with the Dunlop process.)

Natural Foundation

While The Rainforest is an exceptional choice for a slatted platform bed, an optional natural foundation is also available for conventional bedframes. Each sturdy foundation is handcrafted by Amish artisans and covered with a quilted organic cotton cover.
